Under the Resolution, the Panel shall investigate violation of effective legislation during the carve-out of state equity stake of Indar Close Joint-Stock Company at the rate of 70,7 % which caused losses to the enterprise of state importance. The Panel shall also investigate the reasons for delay in solving the issue concerning return of Indar equity stake to the state property.
